Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Brief: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and aesthetics, with the ability to transform spaces into functional and visually appealing environments
:Responsibilities
Undertake design projects from concept to completion
Define project requirements and schedule during the briefing phase
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans and mood boards
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals
Supervise work progress and ensure the project adheres to the timeline and budget.
Produce “sample” and “mood products” to demonstrate the design concept
Provide expert guidance in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations
Requirements:
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions).
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs.
Excellent portfolio of previous works.
Creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Project management skills.
BS degree in Interior Design or similar field.
